We work hard to ship your order as quickly and reliably as possible, so you can get started with fermentation without delay.
Order Processing
All orders placed on business days before 16:00 (4:00 PM) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time, as well as orders placed during weekends or public holidays, are processed and shipped on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 4 business days, depending on the carrier and destination. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or in cases of unforeseen disruptions with the shipping service.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your package is dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email. This allows you to follow your shipment every step of the way and see the expected delivery date.
Shipping Partners
We work with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order is delivered safely and on time. The exact carrier used may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.
Fees
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Packaging
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. If the boxes contain any fragile products, like glass, the boxes will be filled with protective lining.
Delays
While we strive to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, holidays, or periods of high shipping volume. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
